Workato

Workato is an enterprise platform for integration and automation. Workflows, called recipes, connect business systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday and ServiceNow, and run with the controls that IT teams expect: separate environments, version history, role-based access and detailed logs. It is often run by an integration team while business teams build within agreed limits.

Workato has added AI features for building recipes from a description and for running AI steps and agents inside workflows. Because recipes often move customer, employee and financial data, check what each step logs, how long logs are kept and who can see them.
