Zapier

No-code automation platforms

About Zapier

Connects thousands of apps with trigger-and-action workflows, with AI steps, tables, forms and agents built in.

Zapier is one of the most widely used no-code automation platforms. A workflow, called a Zap, starts with a trigger in one app, such as a new form entry or a paid invoice, and runs one or more actions in other apps. Its catalog of app connections is large, which is often the reason teams pick it first.

Over time Zapier has added more than connections. It has built-in tables for storing data, simple forms, AI steps that summarize, classify or extract text inside a workflow, and agents that can work through a task with the tools you allow. Usage is counted in tasks, so check how many your workflows consume. Look at the run history, error alerts and the option to replay a failed run before you rely on it for anything a customer sees.
